Sim Card nit reading correctly

hi,

I have lost the sim card tray holder. Have inserted a sim into the phone and can make phone calls but no data roaming or sim contacts displaying. Is this because I do not have the sim holder?

Hi @josh2013

If the handset was reading everything fine prior to losing the SIM tray then it is very likely you are having these issues because the SIM has been put in without the SIM tray. 

I would advise contacting Local support as they may be able to assist in getting a replacement SIM tray sent out to you or refer you to where you will be able to get one.
