Sony xperia z c6603 charging problems.

Hi, so i had this phone for a long time, never had any problems with it, but suddenly it broke, and the thing that broke off, was a usb connector with a bit of logic board, so i bought everything i was in need to fix this phone, (using the same logic board) after fixing it  i cant charge it using usb, but i should be able to charge it via charging dock, right ? So theres the problem, when i try to charge it via charging dock, it shows that its charging, but when i check on battery in the settings it says that "charge using alternate current" and its discharging, so i would like to ask what may be wrong with it..

if you connect the phone to a computer, does the computer detect the phone?

The thing is that there is nowhere to connect it, i mean a piece of board is broken off with the micro usb.. so then only way of charging it is via charging dock..

I'm a bit confused, I thought you said that you have fixed it

I meant that the phone was literally in pieces, and as i said logic board i meant motherboard, so there is piece of notherboard broken off, and the piece that broke off was where usb port was so now this motherboard has no usb, but the problem is that instead of charging via dock it was discharging, but it started charging, but as slow as possible, full charge takes up to 7-8 hours, even tho charger is rated for 1.5 amps..

There's nothing to do here, getting a new motherboard will cost almost the same as a new device.
