Sony Xperia Z ultra Cannot send nor receive picture messages

I have this phablet for 4 days now and I still could not figure out the picture messaging using the SMS app that go with it. I can't receive nor send a picture over messages.

As of now I'm using Go SMS Pro to send picture messages but I could not receive any picture messages using this one because the person who are sending picture does not use this app. 

I want to use the regular SMS that goes with the phone but the problem is IT CANNOT SEND NOR RECEIVE PICTURE MESSAGE which is a must for me. I am under STRAIGHT TALK and I have data plan. 

Any one know how solve the PICTURE MESSAGING problem on this phablet. 

REASON: I like to use the SMS as a means of fast sending picture.

Double check your APN settings as most likely this is the issue, double check the MMS settings under the APN settings, keep in mind that you are NOT going to receive MMS unless your data is on, it won't work on WiFi

Yup, checked and tried most of the APN set up I could find over the internet for 100 times and finally hit the jackpot today. Well, 100 times is just exagerated maybe less than 100 for sure hahhahaa.

Right its the APN and I finally found the right one after trying all the APN I found from googling :D.

Hi I also have the z ultra and I don't get picture messeges either. I was wondering If the steps you put here apply for other carriers I have T-mobile
