My name is Enea Buka and i am from Albania.
Before 9 months, i bought in Greece a Sony Xperia Z2 D6503 phone. Everything was working great, till 2 weeks ago. I took my phone out of the pocket and it had a problem at the screen. At the upper part of the screen it was a black mark and in tha middle of this mark it was a line, a broken line. I dont know how it happened, because it was on my pocket, and 5 minutes before it was everything ok. I didn't know wat to do, because i dont remember to drop out my phone from my hands. Even so the touch screen was working perfectly.From outside its everything ok, nothing is broken. The inner screen is broken. Than i took the phone back in Greece, because i thought that it was on the guarantee. They told me that they took the phone to the Sony branch in Greece, and their tecnitians told to them that the screen was broken and to fix the screen it costs 250 euros. So it wasn't on my guarantee. No way. 250 euros i can buy a new Xperia Z2. Now i dont know wat to because it was a problem not caused by me. The cost of the screen is to high. What can i do for this issue ? Can SONY help me with this problem ?
