Hi,
Hi,
I bought a new smartphone. It's a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. To listen music, I use spotify premium. So my problem is:
Sometimes (or very often), when I want to hear the next song and I choose an other song on a playlist to play it, then it's play the song, but while the song starts, the first second it doesn't sounds fine. The sound in this first second is very lower than the rest of this song. This is annoying...
I use the actually firmware and the marshmellow os.
Can someone help me?
Keep in mind that this is a Spotify issue not Sony's but try this
Open Spotify > settings > what do you have under Crossfade?
Hi uliwooly,
thanks for your responding.
The issue mights be the Equalizer and/or other options in the "audio-options" in main options control of this smartphone.
I read some articles about the problems about the bass booster and other options of these audio options/controls.
So I turned off these audio options and now it's working fine...
That's quite interesting, I'll try to replicate that with my Z3, make sure to send your feedback to Spotify regarding this.
Yeah, I did it.
Here is the link for spotify-forum:

But when you use the bass booster and other sound/music controls for your music in sony music player, it's work fine...
I don't know why spotify has problems with that...
