Storage running out

I have a message saying that storage space running out

I have been told to disable apps

Could someone tell me what Sony apps on my phone that I can disable or clear the cache that will not affect the my phones capability

I have only 140mb left and my phone uses 4.0 GB for the android system

I have a 32 GB SD card fitted in my phone but cannot transfer any of the Sony apps to it

This is driving me insane

I wrote a letter to EE my provider and they stated that they only provide the simcard and it is nothing to do with them.

Which Xperia and Android version do you have? 

Also, clear the app data of social media and streaming apps.

Settings > apps > select the app > storage > clear data

chrome

spotify

instagram

snapchat
