The touch screen does not work correctly

The bottom buttons constantly work when I just click something or flip through it. The transition to the factory settings did not give anything. Sony z3 compact.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen

if your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass, remove them then test the screen.

I do not have a protective film or glass.When I place the phone in the cold, for a while the screen works fine, then again starts to buggy
