Does it has a protective film or glass?

Does it has touch glove enabled?

And. The touch glove Is. Off

But. I. Dont. Think. The. Screen. Protector. Is the. Problem, because it happened once before and then gone. The phone also was charging then

Remove it > Clean the screen > check again.

if you did then do NOT reapply it > repait the phone with PCC > report back
