Touch screen problem , free draw test showing bad section

Having issues with this section of the screen,  any options available for me to try and fix it? J Tapping tests are okay, mostly, sometimes selects the square above or below as well as the intended. Sony Xperia Z5 Compact

If your phone doesn't have a protecting case, film and/or glass then it's time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
