Hi
I think it is since lollipop update but the apps tout change widget in micro apps failed. I reset the phone without success.
Did you have idea ?

If safemode doesn't work then repair your phone with PCC

or you could reset the phone with MyXperia or Android device manager

In safemode it is OK. Maybe a third apps ? How to find it ?

Trial and error, it could be a notification app, lock screen apps, etc.

I found the guilty apps ! TopMercato an app for soccer news. I uninstall one by one the third part apps which have widget. Thank you again for helping me. Best regards.
