When I attempt to log into Xperia Lounge on my Z2 using the Sony Entertainment Network link, it just hangs (spinning circle forever). I tried uninstalling updates and reinstalling updates to no avail. Any other options?

Hi.

I had the same problem on my Z2. The solution is to downgrade to the previous version of Xperia lounge and then login.

After that you can upgrade to the latest version and it recognizes your login.

Annoying. Wish I had kept my Samsung S4 because i am on my third Z2 and on this new one the people I talk to complains about the poor quality of my voice and stuttering sound.

It's a truuly **bleep**ty phone.

I have the same problem with the Z1 Compact and cannot log into the Sony Entertainment Network account via the Xperia Lounge app so that I can download the Michael Jackson tracks - I've contacted Support but awaiting a reply.

I've been unable to solve this issue, sadly.

Calling customer service led to being transferred to sony entertainment group which transferred to sony something else which transferred to Xperia support which transferred to sony mobile, etc... ending with the support line being closed at the end of the day, 3 days in a row.

Too many sony departments and none of them speak to each other and none of them have a clue.

Same Issue here. Downgrading did not solve it as furthermore i am not allowed to download my present bundle. It forces me to upgrade the app again, which then will lead to that annoying infinite spinning progress bar to tell me concluding that i am not connected. But i am. Totally disappointed here ...

I tried to go to Lounge last noght. Got the spinning circle.

I have just got back my phone from sony after it would not turn on. I had previously downloaded Michael Jackson before when I got the phone 3 weeks ago. But it was lost when it went to sony for repairs.

Now I cannot reinstall it.

To those where it doesn't work. Try some times. I had to stop the xperia lounge, clear data and restart it 3 times from the task manager before I could download the MJ songs. If you want the songs I can upload them for you.
