Xperia Z Complaint. I need address to complain to

Can anyone give me an address so I can complain to Sony about the poor customer service I have experienced.

I Sent my 2 week old phone off to be repaired, that a company called SBE (who Sony use)  received on Nov 11th. 

SBE wanted to charge me over £200 to repair a cracked screen after it became really hot and cracked whilst in my pocket that had some loose change in.

After emailing and calling SBE without reply, I have contacted Sony numerous times and even spoke to a manager who promised to contact me within 24 hours (now a week) with  details about my repair, I have finally had enough. 

I want to take my complaint further and need a address to write a letter to.

Can anyone help me please?

There's a couple of numbers there to try, they could perhaps give you an address to write to?

I know what you mean when you say you want to make a complaint and in wrighting; i have just been onto the support team and she said she only has an e-mail adress , she did not know the adress i could write to.

I only wanted an extention lead to the back speaker of the blueray player i just bought, she said they do not do them and if i cut the wire it would void the warranty.

To be honist it should have had a longer wire on it anyway, i never expected it not to reach as my room is not that large, i have sent a conplaint by email, but not happy with the survice!
