Xperia Z Mobile Data Issue

Guys, I've faced this issue before, but it’s been instantly solved by the last update. At that time data is stopped at all. But now its blinking!! Appear and disappear, and the arrows are come and go many times.!! So I can’t browse the internet, is say: connection error. But whatsapp is working fine!! what’s going on? Is it a software issue, shall I wait till I get a new software update?

I'm confused.!! Tell me if you have the same issue. Slightly_frowning_Face

hi i have experienced that same problem, but now its okay.  is ur internet settings already configured? if not you could download the settings via wifi..settings>xperia>internet settings..

I have a similar challenge an more. I cant connect via 3G and the data connectivity is intermittent, users of other phones are fine hence the conclusion it must be the phone. Please help

Restart

Check if your network is experiencing coverage issues?

Hi Shihs, thank you for response. Actually I did as you said in first part but nothing new Slightly_frowning_Face ... and about the update service, unfortunately I can not do it right now as I'm using Mac, and no update service software for Mac.

As requested:

- The build number is :10.3.1.A.0.244

- The Android version is: 4.2.2

- My SIM Card is new 4G version.

By the way, the above update is the main reason of this issue!!

It works fine!!

I wasn't think that the issue May regarding the internet configuration as the Whatsapp was working fine. But I tried to get internet & MMS Configuration then its back to normal!!

Guys... Partially, the issue is still when I keep the data running all the day. But thr deference, that its stop "no connection" at all, even for Whatsapp, and the way to let it back is by rebooting the device.!! I think I should do a service update as per Sihstoutch advise, and if its not working,,, I'll move to note3.
