Xperia z1 compact frozen screen

phone has been frozen for over 2 hours, tried to reset using the side off button but no luck, really need it for work and its only 3 weeks old, help!!

Press power button+volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates 3 times.Turn it on.

Hi,

I have tried to do this 3-4 times today but still the screen is not responding. Is there anything else I can do.

I am travelling now and completely out of contact without the phone.

Thank you, this worked for me :smileysmileythumbsup: The screen was froze but i was still able to ring my phone so had spend hours ringing it trying to make the battery die haha. Decided to google and thank God found this help here!
