Xperia ZR reboot time to long

Hi,I've just update my Xperia ZR using Sony PC Companion. After the update was finish and the instruction ask me to disconnect the USB and turn on the phone. Right now,it's been half an hour to wait for my phone rebooting and it still rebooting. Is it normal or there is a problem with my phone?

It is not normal behavior after a successful phone update!

Charge your phone about 1 hour and then repair your software using Sony Update Service!

....I almost forgot, press and hold "Power Button" and "Volume Up" at the same time about 8 seconds( 3 vibrates), and then put your phone to charger.
