My z1 makes this strange ticking sound when I tap it on certain places on its body. The best way I can think of to describe it is that something is maybe a bit loose inside, as if the body isnt completely unified.
Has anyone else Xperienced this, or should I get it replaced?

It's hard for me to say if it's a manufacturing problem or not. Therefore you should contact your retailer or your local support team and they might be able to answer if it's a warranty case.
I'm unable to recreate this sound by tapping/pressing on several Xperia Z1. So my suggestion is that you contact a service center and/or your local support team to get information about how you should proceed in this case:

Thank you for replying! Luckily my phone is still under the one week warranty from the store that I got it from. If you dont mind, I have another question: Is the store obliged to replace it if it is faulty? Do you know if this one week warranty is from Sony (in wich case they will have to replace it since you confirmed that other Z1's dont make this sound.)?
What I'm thinking is that if this warranty is from the the store itself, they might not deem the sound as a hardware problem (since it isnt that noticable unless you actually tap the body on certain places)

Hi again. Last time I promise: Ive narrowed it down to something in the camera being loose. I can now describe the sound more accurately as a rattling sound when I shake the fone. Although faint, I can deffinately hear a rattling sound coming from the fone. It also explaing the rattling when tapping the fone close to the camera. Will get it replaced tomorrow since I dont expect this to be normal?
Did you solved the problem?
I have the same problem in mine
