z3+ and display problem

hello to everybody...and sorry in advance for my English , I've a problem with my mother's z3+ ..the cellular work good but sometimes the display image vibrates and after few second it blocked and don't work anymore like this image

if I power off the display after few second it work good ....sometimes I must reset the system....have you idea about this problem ??? thank you in advance !

I'm sorry to hear this.

This looks to be related to your devices hardware. What you can try is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note that this will completely reset your device so first I recommend that you create a backup using Xperia Companion.

If there is no change I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
