Hi guys, my girlfriend migrated to Canada. She bought a sim there but it is not working on her z5 premium. Her phone is open to all network in our country. Please advise. Thank You!!
Did she get the phone unlocked? If so, by whom? And what network provider/plan in Canada did she go with? I have a Z5 Premium in Canada, and it works just fine.
Check what model number the phone is, and what bands it supports. Then check with your network and make sure they use those same bands. If they do not, then it will not work.
