hi.thank you for fast reply.i asked for cash back on 1/06/2018  purchesed the camera on the 5/05/2018 from pcworld.claim wa accepted but no code been sent to mi email adress.the camera is a sony A7 kit.i had attached the photos.thank you for help.serial numbers are olso registered to mi account

Hi I.Alexa,

 

I've passed your case to Sony to confirm, the cashback claim is not submitted on the system and there is no claim ID created for this model and serial number.

Sony have sent you an email today asking for screenshots from the error that you get so that they can help you with it, I suggest replying to the email with the details they asked for to get help with this.
