Solved: Missing CD-Rom - Sony

I have a HDR-CX115E Handycam and it appears that the handycam application software has been removed from my PC. I can't find the CD-ROM that came with the camcorder so I'm unable to transfer movies to my PC. Looking at the help pages I can't download the software - iIneed the CD-ROM. Any suggestions? I am on Windows XP. Richard

..... you may need to contact Sony Customer Services directly to obtain a copy of the disc - there could be a charge for this.
