Battery chargers for NP-BX1 and NP-FW50

I have two DR5800 Duracell battery chargers for NP-BX1 and NP-FW50 sony batteries. The chargers appear not to work. The chargers are attached to a sony USB port. Instructions state: When this Duracell digital camera battery charger is connected to USB power via the USB cable, the LED indicator will remain unlit. In my cases, the LED indicators light up on connection with theSony USB ports. Any ideas?
