Possible to change region settings for Reader Library?

I recently purchased a Sony Reader PRS-650 in Canada but I'm from/live in Ireland. For this reason when I downloaded the Reader Library software I registered my region as UK.

However, it is likely that I will relocate permanently to Canada in the coming years. When I do this is it possible for me to change the region on my Reader account so that I can purchase ebooks through the ebook store?

If you open up the Reader Library software, under the menu Edit->Preferences you are able to change the region from United Kingdom to Canada.
