Xperia E5 charges only once shutt down

Dear friends. I bought this xperia E5 for kids. It has a problem since beginning. I can only charge it once it is shutt down. It will never get charged if it is on . I have factory reset but no change.

Yes. Actually i have used the original ones as well as others. Same result
