Amazon Prime on BDP-S5200

Hi - I recently performed a recommended update via the internet on my BDP-S5200. Immediately thereafter, any time I try to run Amazon Prime Video (which previously ran just fine), I get the spinning circle for about twenty seconds and then the entire unit turns off. How strange is that? I’ve tried this probably five times, always with the same result. Netflix and all the other streaming services work just fine. I’ve tried running a network and software update again, but it only ever says, “Already updated.” Help? Thank you!

Have you tried to perform a Factory Reset on the unit?

Thanks very much for the suggestion. I’ve done a factory reset on both the system settings and network settings. No luck; same result when I try to open Amazon Prime...
