BDP-CX960 No longer loads cover art from GraceNote database

Is there a fix for this issue? I've tried a factory reset and it did not resolve. Have also tried reloading all discs multiple times now but will cover art will not populate. Anything else I should try?

Yes, of course. That was years ago though. There hasn't been any updates for a long while now.

I've checked on the BDP-CX960 but it doesn't seem to be a European model. I suggest seeking support from Sony in the country of origin. Also, I learned it's an old model (a 2009 model I think) so I don't think it's still supported by Gracenote.

It's still able to access gracenote but the cover art doesn't display. Seems to be something has changed either with their format and or the firmware is now outdated? Can someone at Sony investigate? Seems to be an easy fix on Sony's part to keep long term owners of this excellent product happy.
