BDP-S5200 - Blank screen on start up

Hi

 

My BDP-S5200 has a blank screen upon start up.

 

Once the player is turned on the blu ray logo appears for a few seconds and then the screen goes blank.

 

Anyone have any ideas how to sort this? Have tried pressing Stop, Home and Top Menu but didn't make any difference.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

 

Seeing as you have already reset the output display resolution (which is first guess in resolving your problem) and it didnt work - Next step is to try another HDMI cable.

 

Any ideas how this started?  Were you playing with this settings of the player by any chance?  If so, this would lead to a clue on whats going on.

Oh  no.., I think Kellywelly has changed the resolution too many times and has gone blank too!

 

Where are you Kellywelly, we can't see you no more? :thinking:
