BDP s570 3D Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to view 3D content from my S570 blu ray player on my Samsung ES6800.

When i insert the bluray, the disc plays and an information popup appears on the screen saying 720x576 /50i. When I try and play the disc, the popup changes to 720x480 /60p and then I'm told that my setup is not 3D compatible.

Is there something wrong with the S570 ?

Hi,

have you checked the 3D output settings in the menu?, this can be found under screen settings, also set the output video format to Auto ( i did), if your not sure of the rest set it to Auto anyway and see how you get on.

well, i was pretty sure that i'd been through all of those settings but found a setting for how i was connected to the tv and that fixed it. 🙂
