Hi AmandaJessicaSophie.

Sadly, the BDP-S480 is not compatible with Netflix in Europe.  It will run Netflix in the USA but the European version is more demanding and will not work.

Only the new 2012 Blu-Ray players are capable of supporting Netflix in Europe - BDP-/S390/S490/S590/S790.
