Sony BDV-E870 internet connection

Hi , Just connected my BDV-E870. Connected wireless router through the sony dongle. Howver, it has picked up the IP address, but always failed on connected "Internet Access ". Can someone explain?  ... Thanks

Have you updated the firmware on the device? You can do this via CD/USB as well. This may well solve the problem..
