Subwoofer going into standby

Hello everyone,

I have an ST5000 soundbar which has worked great so far, but now the subwoofer loses connection with the soundbar. It works for a couple of minutes, then the subwoofer goes into stanby.

Unfortunately the bar is out of warranty and im trying my best to figure out how the secure link system works.

Its not wireless interference, its not the distance to the bar. Nothing has changed since i got it.

Anyone with actual know-how on how secure link works to point me in the right direction?

I was thinking its the RF modulator thats faulty, but it connects fine when i turn everything off and leave it for a while.

Something overheating?

Please help!!

You could restore the Soundbar and re-connect to the Sub via SecurLink, but first you could try a change of Frequency and/or Channel. Find everything on pages 47 and 48:
