Complaint No 8775072 How do you get past the Customer Services front man with the scripted replies and get your concern acknowledged by persons in authority and who will take responsibility, preferably with conscience and a sense of fair play?
Why is it so difficult to get an equitable solution without resorting to litigation?
We are not all fools and resent being treated as such.
