Are Subtitles still displayed on Power Switch Off/On on New Sony TVs?

I bought a Bravia full HD TV and my Deaf friend thinks its great because when I put subtitles on, it remembers this when I switch off and then switch on again.  She's worn out the subtitles button on her old set and wants a TV that will do the same as mine.  Do the latest Sony TVs still do this or only certain models?  If so can you please advise which ones, if any now, still retain this facility?

Hi,

rest assured that once you set the subtitles on they will remain on even after you turn the set back on again from off, only by pressing the subtitle button again can they be turned off.
