Bbc I player?

Hi,we have a Sony Bravia (KD32EX503)..we have enabled internet Video and can access most of the channels, but can.t access BBc IPlayer.

It shows as software updated needed and to have the update facility on the Tv switched on,which we have done, but with no luck.

Is the T.V unable to access the I Player? its 2 years old.

Thanks Bob

Hi

Maybe try updating via USB stick instead. Firmware can be downloaded here.  http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/kdl-32ex503

But yes, iPlayer should be visible on this TV though for sure..

Thanks

Thanks,I have downloaded the file and copied it to the usb stick, but when i connect it to T.v all that happens is a on screen message saying it has detected a usb device.

I think i may not have extracted the files correctly, not sure what it means when it says open internet explorer and locate the download and unzip the files,

not to well up with computers I'am afraId.

Cheers Bob

Is your TV connected to your hub via wireless, cable or home plugs? Is it registered? If so you should see some of the following channels as per this link; http://braviainternetvideo.blogspot.co.uk/

Please advise.
