Hi there

I dont understand why they cant just replace the faulty board/s ?  Was that even an option?

I guess, if they still cannot repair it, you may need to look up you consumer rights in the Ukraine?  In the UK, we have certain rights in regards to goods being fit for purpose and suitable quality.

Such as from this link : http://www.parliament.uk/briefing-papers/sn02239.pdf

Cheers

Because that the board does not have such !! And just 12 months warranty!
Terrible quality !! This kind of loop matrix is not available!
And loop glued to the matrix and to the board of T-con!
Imagine if the price of the TV would be a few thousand dollars!
Would be the exact same picture !!!

i really do not get what your issue is, you talk as though you want parts to fix yourself!! forget about all that, its not your responsibility to take it opon yourself to fix this, never mind the fact the warranty is out, speak to Sony direct, you still have rights as a consumer and that the goods should be of merchantable quality, if you go about this in the correct way then a repair may be possible.

but alas i fear that with you we may be bashing our heads against a brick wall.

I want to say that Sony produces low-quality goods !!!
And buys matrix rival Samsung .and this substandard matrix.

Shame! Shame!
