KDL-40W905A iPlayer problems

Bought above TV and connected by Ethernet cable to router. SEN shows various APPs and for instance the Channel 5 player works. But I Player says not available and gives two options retry or cancel and retry just gives the same option again and again.
I have the 19/12/2013 software upgrade.

Try refreshing online content from the network settings. Worked for me.
