KDL 42W803B software update issue and netflix stability

Hi,

my Bravia shows an error during a download. It finds new software but after an oke, it doesn't download succesfully and shows an errror, 70 AF 48.

also Netflix is very unstable, during startup it crashes 50% of the time within a minute. After that it is stable. It used to be very stable.

It has the latest firmware. 3.004

any help?

Hi there

I am not familiar with that model TV.  Although their is a model 'KDL-42W805B' - assume this is what you are referring to.

Im not sure what new software you are downloading or attempting to download to the TV - are you able to provide more information on this.  Is this an app or....?  Your TV is on the latest firmware v3.004, according to HERE.

In regards to Netflix, there is some on-going issues in regards to this, however in the meantime, try just waiting 1-2 minutes before playing any content.

The software it trying to update is just found by the TV itself.
