Lip Synch problems

Hi

I have a sony bravia KDL32WD752 which i am generally pleased with. I have a very odd problem when ueing playback. If I use my Amazon fire stick the synch is miles out but oddly only on whatt were "Live" broadcasts ie sport. If I watch a drama on BBCi player  or any other playback app the synch is perfect (Explain that!!!) If I use the playback app on the TV the synch is better but not perfect and seems to get better the longer I watch or maybe I am just getting used to it. My wife works in TV and it drives her so mad she refuses to watch. Using Amazon on my old Sony worked fine with no synch issues. The worst was watching the cricket on 5 the other day, the sound was about 2 secs out! Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

The TV is very good apart from that and the synch is OK when just watching the TV. I am not watching through any other media such as a hard drive recorder or surround sound.

Hi there

To clarify - the lip sync issue is only when using the Amazon fire stick - correct?  If so, I found the following links that may help:

Cheers
