My KDL40W5810 has just started continuously scrolling all digital channels. Nothing wil stop it. If I unplug the set and reconnect it it continues scrolling. Is there a solution or is it an engineer repair problem.
have you tried removing the batteries from the remote?, maybe a key has stuck and is causing the problem, i presume you cant even get to the menu at this point to attempt a factory re set.
if all else fails its likely to be an engineers visit.
