Received a Damaged product

Hi Sony,

 

I got delivered sony TV 50 inchees (50w685a)today at my residence in Brno, Czech Republic. After un packing it, guess what, the screen is damaged and un-useable. I need a replacement quickly. Please get in contact with me on ***********.

The Sony Community is primarily a user support forum & almost all of the replies are from users like ourselves but occasionally Sony staff do respond but it can't be guaranteed..

 

 

Best option I can suggest would be for you to contact the retailer & ask for an exchange..:smileywink:
