Hi, Have a 46NX720 just back from Technicians re a sound bar sync problem BUT now have a perfect picture except for a red and greenish blue type of shimmering on what appears to be plainish scene backgrounds. Have tried lowering all the Backlight / Contrast / Brightness / Colour / Hue settings etc individually but had no effect. Also not sure what to actually call this problem so as do a comprehensive search, any ideas to either problem?
