Sony KDL32EX723BU + Netflix

Just bought this TV pretty pleased with it. Why is netflix not enabled- this is the latest gen 3D LED TV so I expect this to be Netflix compatible?

Hi

This is one of the 2011 TV's which aren't backwardly compatible I'm afraid. If you've just bought it, maybe speak to your dealer about exchanging it for the 32EX653 which is the 2012 equivalent.
