I have 2 Sony TV
1 KDL-40U2000 - 2006 year of manufacture
2 KDL-26S4000 -2008 year of manufacture
I have cable television it's runs on coaxial cable. On analog tv - I have 72 channels, also provider give a 120 channels via the same cable on a digital mode. I have a problem. Both of them supports DVB, But on my first one KDL-40U2000 - after automatic search and manual search-there is nothing found, none of the 120 channels, in second case with KDL-26S4000 I hadn't any problems. All channels have successfully found. Provider runs digital channels in -unencrypted transmission. How can I deal this problem for my KDL-40U2000? For it can run the same digital channels, as my KDL-26S4000 do! IS there any way to update it? or to connect some card? thank you in advance! Best regards, Andrey.
