Unable to sign in Playmemories online Bravia tv

Hi 

i have a 2014 Bravia tv and looking to use the playmemories App. 

I am unable to do so as it keeps failing to communicate with the server. 

Does this app still work on this tv?

This sort of functionality varies according to the type of BRAVIA you have. If you could provide the model number, we should be able to figure out what's going on.
