Usb showing some type of virus files

Hi guys i have a Sony Bravia LCD 2010 model number KLV- 40BX420

when i insert a usb disk 

it brings some files that dont exist

i have tried formatting it but no change

my question is... is it the board spoilt or its a virus?!

please help
