I have a vaio VGN-NS10L. Unfortunately I had to recover the laptop recently using the recovery centre. On completion of recovery I found that i cannot connect to windows update. Tried this by stripping back all internet security programs ( Mcafee/Norton etc) and still cannot connect. Been directly to microsoft updates and it kicks me out as well. The error is 80072EFE. Tried various fixes from forums etc to no avail. Can anyone give advice on this problem. Ihave found one other topic on here which matches but no replies. I have 3 other Laptops in the house and all can connect and update correctly.
