A117S troubles

Hi there.
A couple odd ones, hopefully someone will be able to help.
- for some reason, hibernation is not available on my VAIO, any idea how to re-enable it?
- I have tried several times to install SP2. Each time, after it is installed, Outlook starts up automatically each time I boot up, even though it's not in the startup folder nor in the run registry keys.
Ideas?
Thanks in advance,
R.

For hibernation to be possible, there has to be enough free space on your Windows boot drive for the hibernation file. The hibernation file will be the same size as your RAM. Example: if you have 512MB RAM, you need 512MB of free space on your hard disk.

For the Outlook problem on SP2, you need to update your BIOS. Look here for a desciption of the problem:

I updated the BIOS on my A115Z, and it went without a hitch (but I have not installed SP2 yet).
