Hi,

Im really pleased with my Vaio, but I need to get my iPod working with it - I had it connected with a 6 pin firewire cable to my desktop, but I don't get any windows notification when I plug it into my Vaio with a 4 pin adaptor.

Anyone had any issues with the firewire on these things?

Nope, mine worked perfectly. I did use the converter Apple gave me though.

Also consider getting a hub, I have an xpansis one I paid £20
