Additional Funtion Buttons Don't Work

Hello,
I can't get any of the additional buttons on my notebook to work for example the volume controls or the Wireless Lan switch, there is also a zoom and brightness button that don't do anything.

Does anyone know how I can get these buttons work and to do what the are supose to.

A zoom? I never heard of that before.

Anyway you need to install the Hotkey Utility, which is in the C:\Drivers folder of your computer (it may be hidden) or can be downloaded as part of the Original Drivers Package from www.vaio-link.com. Also make sure that the startup item HKserv is not disabled to run at startup.
