Hi to everyone,
i have a VGN/S4M
i need to have a exit digital audio from my notebook and use the dolby digital at home.
dolby digital has also a ottical cable and i would to use this.
can i use the normal digital exit from the pc with some reductions?
the exit of notebook is analogical audio or digital audio?
which is the best choise?

I had a look at the specs of your lappy, no audio out Im afraid analogue or digital, a docking station may give you an audio out but I doubt it will be digital.

£20 dvd player will do the trick

You need a creative 7.1 card if you want the best Dolby
