Battery question

Hello!
I have a question about the battery. When I have the charger connected to my Vaio Vgn-sz1 then the status icon for the battery is always saying that the battery is charging even if the battery is att 100%. Is that normal or is something wrong with the battery, charger or windows?

Hi allindh and welcome to the Club.

I think this is normal because your battery will always be charging when your power is connected.

At 100% this will be a very small charge only - you can see the charging rate by downloading

MOBILEMETER.

Thanks! I have had some other notebooks (not vaio) and then the charge of the battery stopped when it reached 100%. That's why i wonder.
